    swimming is such good exercise and its one of the few thing that works the WHOLE body! also you should count calories, maybe for a few days do 1600 calories a day, than 1400, than after that for a lil while go down to 1200 calories a day.
    also bathing suit seasons a while away so for right now just be happy with your body…
    maybe get the bender ball its good for the stomach and running is good too! good luck! hope this helped!
