    YES – Low carb is the way to go. We get WAY too many carbs in our diets anyhow and it leads to heart disease.

    Carbs that aren’t needed get stored.

    Also avoid potatoes and pasta.

    Best/healthiest sugar alternative is Xylitol. NO aftertaste!

    Also – be CAREFUL about avoiding meat with a low carb diet. You’re looking at the fast track to anemia without the right food combos.
